( quality assurance) plays an important role in guaranteeing and improving the quality of translation. therefore, we have made a great effort to build the qa team and developed it into one of the key departments in our company. we organize seminars regularly and offer some other training programs to the members of qa team, in order to improve their skills and provide better service to our customers.

an efficient flow is vital to translation. we have tailored different flows specially to each type of translation, such as documents translation, interpretation, website translation. thus, the whole process of the translation service could be under efficient and standard supervision.
2) filtering
although translation is hardly perfect, we still try our best to ensure the high quality of translation through filtering translators strictly. we pay great attention to the recruitment process since it is an important measure to guarantee our service.
3) filing
over the years, we have developed a standard and efficient filing system. with the assistance of this filing system, some translation softwares such as trados and catalyst are used and higher quality of translation can be achieved.

we believe that abundant human resources are necessary for qa as well as the flow of translation. moreover, in order to provide high quality service, translators need ceaseless training, guiding and supervision. we insist on hiring professional full-time translators and letting these translators be directed by a good management team since we believe that a strong team of part-time translators is not enough for a competitive translation company, full-time translators should also be emphasized.

customers’demands may vary concerning translation flow, translation quality as well as aftersales service. on the premise of guaranteeing quality, we will adjust our translation service in order to satisfy our customers with high limit.
6) aftersales service
as an important link of a guarantee of quality, aftersales service is also valued by our company. in order to minimize translation mistakes, except strict requirements on the texts in the process of translation, we also provide translation aftersales service, such as responding to customers’s demands timely, filing and summarizing translation, collecting terms and translations for long-term customers, as well as pay return visits to customers regularly.
