1.q：how to determine the translation fee?

a: the translation fees of average short texts such as papers,

certificates, transcripts and invitations are determined on a piecework

basis. the translation fees of ordinary texts are charged per thousand

chinese characters, no matter the translation is from chinese to a

foreign language, or from a foreign language to chinese.

2.q: how to calculate the number of the words?

a: the words in electronic documents are counted according to the

number shown in the column “word statistics” of the word menu. as for

the words in non-electronic documents, the way to count shall be

multiplying the number of lines in the document by the fixed number of

the words in each line.

3. q: can invoices be provided?

a: official invoices of service industry are provided. types of

invoice: invoice of translation fee, conference fee and training fee.

4. q: how to determine the interpretation fees?

a: the interpretation fees are determined on time basis. the working

time of interpretation is 8 hours per day of each interpreter. overtime

is negotiated separately.

5.q: how the pay translation fees?

a: translation fees can be paid by checks, wire transfers, bank

remittances, cash or credit cards.

6. q: can customers sign long-term cooperating protocol with us?

a: yes. we can tailor plans of long-term cooperation for customers.

yes. the special seal for translation service, in both chinese and

english has already been filed.

8. a: can the signature and qualification certificates of translators

be offered?

q: yes. most translations don’t include the signatures of their

translators., but if the signature is required, please notice us when

the business is accepted. since the translation qualification test only

covers several languages, we can’t offer the translation qualification

of translators whose language are not included in the translation

qualification test.
