please read the following carefully before accepting our service:

1.translation is a hard and complicated process of re-creation of languages. the quality of translation is relative to the time put in it. except for urgent or very urgent jobs, please allow us ample time as much as possible to ensure the high quality of translations. however, we can also handle urgent jobs within limits. in this case, an additional fee, usually 30% to 100% of the translation fee will be charged.

2.customers shall pay 50% of the translation fee as a deposit on the day when translation is entrusted and pay off the rest on the day when translation is completed and delivered.

3. the originals offered by customers shall be smooth and clear. if some expurgations, amendments or additions are needed during the process of translation, the amended or added part shall be charged additionally and the period of translation shall be extended accordingly. however, the part which has already been translated can not be expurgated.

4.please offer necessary reference materials as far as possible, such as related translations, abbreviation of terms, particular idioms, names of persons and places. thus we can build special lexicons to manage terms, keep the translations consistent and improve the quality of translations to the largest extent.

5. we are only liable for the accuracy of the original. as for the origin, content and usage of the original as well as the direct or indirect result caused by the usage of the original, we don’t bear any responsibility. as for the texts or documents that are harmful to the interests of country and nation, or violating the laws and regulations of people’s republic of china or international practice, we have the right to refuse.

6.if customers have some special confidentiality requirements, please notice us in advance. we would try our best to meet customers’ requirements by means of cutting the number of translators, destroying related documents, signing a confidential agreement, etc.

7. we reserve the right of authorship to the translations.

8.it is hard to make a translation perfect. for the unsatisfied details due to misunderstandings or one’s language habits, we will amend these details for free. if the mistake is thought to be a mistake in principle, please point it out within five working days since the translation is delivered. otherwise, it will be deemed as a waiver.

9. consecutive interpreters shall be reserved one or two days in advance while simultaneous interpreters shall be reserved two weeks in advance.
